1. Prof. Melinda Baldwin

Melinda Baldwin is an Associate Professor and AIP Endowed Professor in History of Natural Sciences, Department of History, University of Maryland College Park, 2020–present; Senior Editor, Physics Today, 2016–2020; Lecturer, Department of the History of Science, Harvard University, 2013–2016; Sarton Visiting Scholar, American Academy of Arts & Sciences, 2012–2013; Postdoctoral Fellow, Science and Technology Studies, York University (Toronto), 2010–2012. She obtained her BS degree at Davidson College and completed her master's and doctoral studies at Cambridge University and Princeton. She has been awards several honors including Oscar Handlin Fellowship, and edited the book: Making “Nature”: The History of a Scientific Journal (Chicago: U. of Chicago Press, 2015).

梅林达?鲍德温教授担任马里兰大学帕克分校历史系自然科学史副教授和AIP讲席教授（2020年至今）；Physics Today高级编辑（2016—2020年）；哈佛大学科学史系讲师（2013—2016年）；美国艺术与科学学院萨顿访问学者（2012—2013年）；约克大学（多伦多）科技研究博士后研究员（2010—2012年）。她在戴维森学院获得学士学位，并在剑桥大学和普林斯顿大学完成了硕士和博士研究。她曾获得多项荣誉，包括奥斯卡?汉德林奖学金，并出版专著《铸造<自然>：顶级科学杂志的演进历程》（芝加哥：芝加哥大学出版社，2015年）。

2. Prof. John Richard Schrock

John Richard Schrock is a Roe R. Cross Distinguished Professor and Biology Professor Emeritus at Emporia State University, Editor-in-Chief of Kansas School Naturalist. He has made fruitful research achievements in biological education, scientific review, scientific research integrity, etc. and published many influential books and papers. He has presented lectures in biology teacher workshops at 28 different Chinese universities. He was an invited speaker at the Chinese Academy of Science and Technology (CAST) special meeting on publication ethics in Guangzhou in 2015, and was a speaker at the first and second Future of Scholarly Publications Conferences in Hangzhou in 2019 and 2020 (remote).

约翰?理查德?施罗克教授是恩波利亚州立大学的 Roe R. Cross 杰出教授和生物学名誉教授，Kansas School Naturalist 主编。他在生物教育、科学评论、科研诚信等方面研究成果丰硕，发表了许多有影响力的书籍和论文，曾在中国28所大学的生物教师研讨会上作报告。他在2015年广州举行的中国科学技术研究院（CAST）出版伦理专题会议担任特邀报告人，并于2019 年和 2020 年在杭州举行的第一届和第二届“学术交流的未来”上担任报告人。

3. Mr. Xingyu Hou

Xingyu Hou graduated from the Department of Philosophy of Peking University with a master's degree. In 2000, 2004, and 2007, he worked in the Institute of Computing Technology, the Institute of Microbiology, and the Publicity Department of the Beijing District Party Committee successively. In 2016, he joined the Bureau of Supervision and Auditing, CAS. In July 2017, he was responsible for setting up the office for scientific research integrity affairs within the Bureau, and was appointed the director in April's, 2021. In 2019, he published five commentaries on academic investigations in the "Scientific View China" column of the Chinese Science Journal. From 2020, he has written four short articles on the construction of academic integrity and published “Introduction to Academic Investigation”. He currently runs the WeChat public account “Research Integrity”.

侯兴宇，北京大学哲学系硕士毕业，2000、2004、2007年先后到中科院计算所、微生物所、京区党委宣传部工作，2016年到中国科学院监督与审计局工作，2017年7月负责科研诚信工作，筹备科研诚信与伦理办公室，2021年4月担任该办公室主任。2019年在《中国科学报》“科观中国”栏目撰写关于学术调查的评论5篇，2020年起撰写有关学风建设的短文4篇，2021年出版专著《学术调查概论》，微信公众号“科研诚信”持有人。

4. Prof. Jingzhou Wang

Jingzhou Wang, Senior Editor, supervising MA students in Publishing Studies, Jinan University. He currently works as Deputy Editor-in-chief for Journal of Jinan University (Natural Science and Medical Edition), serving as Vice Chairman of the Academic Integrity and Copyright Working Committee in Society of China University Journals and Deputy Secretary-General in the Guangdong Provincial University Journal Research Association. He is also awarded Outstanding Talent of “‘Ten, Hundred and Thousand Training Project’of Guangdong Provincial Publicity and Ideological Front”.

王景周，编审，暨南大学出版专业硕士生导师，《暨南大学学报（自然科学与医学版）》副主编，中国高校科技期刊研究会学术诚信与版权工作委员会副主任委员，广东省高校学报研究会副秘书长，广东省宣传思想战线优秀人才“十百千工程”培养对象。

5. Prof. Yuehong (Helen) Zhang

Yuehong (Helen) Zhang, Senior Editor (Prof.), is now the director of Bio-Design and Manufacturing; was a former Chief Editor of Journals of Zhejiang University-SCIENCE A/B&FITEE, Vice-President of the Society of China University Journals. She had served as a Board Member of PILA/CrossRef (2014–2017) and a council member of ALPSP (2011–2016). In 2016, she published a book “Against Plagiarism: A Guide for Editors and Authors” in Springer.

张月红，编审（教授），现为《生物设计与制造（英文）》负责人，曾任浙江大学学报（英文版）总编、中国高校科技期刊研究会副理事长。2011—2017年间曾先后为ALPSP（全球学术与专业出版者协会）与PILA/CrossRef（全球出版链接协会）董事会委员。2016年受邀为Springer出版专著“Against Plagiarism：A guide for Editors and Authors” (《反剽窃：对编辑与作者的指南》)。

6. Prof. Yuxin Zhang

Yuxin Zhang (Dr. Prof.), Executive Associate Editor-in-Chief of Nano Materials Science, Chongqing University. He received his Ph.D. degree in chemistry and biomolecular engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS) under the supervision of Prof. Huachun ZENG. He joined Chongqing University in 2009 and was promoted to full professor in 2014. His research interests involve the preparation and application of nanomaterials, synthesis and morphology control of electrode materials in supercapacitors, and advanced design and performance research of photocatalytic materials. He has published 300 SCI journal articles and invited review, his citation is 16,000 times and his H-index is 66. Prof. Zhang was selected as ESI Highly-cited Scholar (2020 & 2021).

张育新，博士、教授，重庆大学Nano Materials Science执行副主编。在新加坡国立大学获得化学和生物分子工程博士学位，师从Huachun ZENG教授。2009年加入重庆大学，并于2014年晋升为教授。他的研究兴趣涉及纳米材料的制备和应用、超级电容器中电极材料的合成和形貌控制以及光催化材料的先进设计和性能研究，已发表300篇SCI期刊文章和特邀评论，引用率为16000次，H指数为66。入选ESI高被引学者（2020 & 2021）。
